How we grow

Precision agriculture, built in-house.

Each block is irrigated on its own, based on what its own sensors measure. We designed and built the system ourselves.

  1. 01

    Block-by-block irrigation

The 3-hectare pilot is divided into 4 blocks, each with its own valve and irrigation schedule — so every section gets the water it needs for its soil and exposure.

  2. 02

    Soil moisture and microclimate

Sensors wired to ESP32 devices measure soil moisture and orchard microclimate. Data travels over a low-power LoRa radio network that covers the farm without cabling.

  3. 03

    INIA Remehue data

We cross-check our readings against the INIA Remehue weather station, the local reference, to make better irrigation and management decisions.

  4. 04

    Remote alerts over Starlink

The farm is online via Starlink. If anything goes out of range — dry soil, frost risk, an irrigation fault — we get an alert on our phones, wherever we are.

What it means for the fruit — and for buyers

  • Water used wisely

We irrigate on measurements, not on a calendar.

  • Records per block

Every irrigation cycle and reading is logged — the backbone of our traceability.

  • Fast response

Alerts let us act in time on frost or equipment faults.

  • Our own technology

We know the system inside out and improve it season after season.
